Three of five parcels are in Agricultural Exemption which do not include the house (1 acre) and the 14-acre outparcel. What I find compelling about the property is the terrain surrounding the ranch. Shoal Creek is the southern boundary (north bank) and hills rise up in all directions which gives one the feel of a much larger property. Beautiful Pecan and Live Oak trees dot the landscape with heavier brush down toward Shoal Creek. The house compound is approximately 3-acres and is very well suited for large family gatherings. Large Texas Live Oak trees surround the house in a well manicured native lawn.
